Curiosity and drive led me beyond coding into project management, where I discovered my talent for connecting people and processes. Coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping complex initiatives on track gave me a deep appreciation for leadership, collaboration, and the art of translating vision into execution.

As an IT Director, I was entrusted with overseeing enterprise infrastructure, operations, and security. Here, I learned that technology alone doesn’t create progress; it’s about governance, resilience, and ensuring systems support the business at every level. I guided organizations through critical transitions, balancing the need for innovation with the responsibility to protect and stabilize.

My journey naturally evolved into Enterprise Architecture, where I could step back and view the entire business through a strategic lens. I designed scalable, future-ready architectures that aligned IT capabilities with business goals, ensuring organizations could adapt and grow sustainably.

In recent years, I’ve worked as a Digital Transformation Consultant, delivering over 60 transformation mandates across various industries, including manufacturing, e-commerce, real estate, and the public sector.
